Perimenopause & Beyond


For some a call to action; positive perimenopause; self care starts now.! After decades of channelling energy, healing, love and attention outward, your body, mind & spirit may be tired, Perhaps you are lacking in some nutrients and likely missing vital rest and replenishment. Children, parents, partners and jobs all need to come secondary after self care for the next few years. Its time to focus inward.
Many women change job or even career, some change partner or even sexual preferences. Others take stock, withdraw, face truths, open their heart &, develop awareness. This often leads to life changes, becoming who/where/with whom they're destined to be.

I believe the transition through menopause is meant to be a rebirth. Leaving behind the child bearing years for acceptance and wisdom, freedom of spirit, health of mind and body. Lean in to what it brings and listen to your body. Trust the process. Seek support where you need it and be confident in the knowledge that growth and evolution is required, desirable and often essential.

It won't necessarily be smooth sailing, but that doesn't mean it's not a worthy journey.Â
